‘언제, 어디서든’ 은 ‘Anytime, Anywhere’

Today is the first day that I don't go to Sunny teacher's house to go study English. But I went to 독서실 then. Thanks to Sunny teacher my English go well I think. Anyway the last day with her was so sad. When i saw her tears, i felt really sad. But long time pass we can meet each other somewhere or sometime. I never think we can't meet. In my head I have lot's of memories with her. When i went abroad with her, I really felt her, likes mom. And sometimes, I felt her friend. In my life, I met really good teacher. Thank you mom and dad to met teacher like Sunny^^. I will be a teacher in middle school and teach English. Then I must study hard. I remember lot's of good sayings which she told me. I will never forget them. Anywhere, Anytime, Anything, what you do always good luck to you. I cross my fingers for you. This words are what you always said to me. I go study now! ■ 문장 들여다보기(지난주에 이어짐)

In my head I have lot’s of memories with her.

보통 ‘기억한다’라고 하면 ‘두뇌에 저장해 놓은 것을 다시 꺼내 본다’는 의미가 있으므로 문두에 사용한 ‘In my head’는 굳이 쓰지 않아도 된다.

When i went abroad with her, I really felt her, likes mom.

‘I’는 문장에서 위치에 상관없이 항상 대문자로 쓰도록 하자. ‘선생님이 엄마처럼 느껴졌다’라는 뜻의 올바른 영어 표현은 ‘When I went abroad with her, I really felt she was like my mom.’이다.

And sometimes, I felt her friend.

‘I felt her friend.’는 의미는 통하나 올바른 표현이 아니다. 이 문장은 ‘I felt I was her friend.’라고 고쳐 주자.

In my life, I met really good teacher.

‘really good teacher’ 앞에 부정관사 ‘a’ 만 써 주면 잘 쓴 문장이다.

Thank you mom and dad to met teacher like Sunny^^.

Sunny 선생님 같은 분을 만나게 해 준 것에 대해 부모님께 감사한다는 내용인데, 전치사 ‘for’를 써, ‘Thank you mom and dad for helping me meet a teacher like Sunny.’라고 쓰면 된다.

I will be a teacher in middle school and teach English. Then I must study hard.

확실한 것이 아닌 미래의 소망에 대한 것이므로 ‘will’ 대신에 ‘want to’를 써 ‘I want to be a teacher in middle school and teach English.’라고 써 주자.

I remember lot’s of good sayings which she told me. I will never forget them.

‘sayings’는 격언, 속담이라는 뜻이 강하므로 ‘things’로 바꿔 주면 훨씬 자연스러운 표현이 된다.

Anywhere, Anytime, Anything, what you do always good luck to you.

언제, 어디서 무엇을 하든지라는 의미이므로 what을 빼고 쓰자. 그리고 always도 쓰지 않는다. “Anywhere, Anytime, Anything you do, good luck to you.”

This words are what you always said to me.

이 문장은 ‘This is what you always said to me.’라고 하든지 간단히 ‘I learned this from you.’라고 써도 좋다.

I go study now! See you then^^

‘공부하러 가야지’라는 뜻이므로 ‘be going to’를 사용해 ‘I’m going to study now.’로 쓰면 된다. ‘See you then’은 곧 만날 수 있다는 사실을 바탕으로 하므로 이 경우에는 ‘See you in the future.’나 ‘See you until we meet again.’이라는 표현이 더 어울린다.
